Is the price I see online the price I pay?
Yes. The quote is built from your size, coat type and any add-ons you tick, and it does not change at pick-up. The only exception is severe matting, which is $18 per extra 15 minutes — we call you with a photo and your agreement before we start.
Why does coat type cost extra?
Time. A doodle coat takes roughly 35 minutes longer to brush, dry and scissor than a smooth coat of the same size, and a double coat needs a full rake-out. We would rather price that openly than pad every price to cover it.
What vaccinations do you need?
Rabies and DHPP for dogs, rabies and FVRCP for cats, all current. Upload a photo of the record after booking, or bring it to the first visit. Kennel cough is recommended but not required — we have no shared kennels.
My dog is anxious or reactive. Can you help?
Book a Quiet Hour slot, first thing Tuesday or Thursday. It is one pet in the building, no dryers running, and we work at their pace with breaks. If they have had a bad experience elsewhere, tell us in the notes.
How often should we book?
Doodles and curly coats every 4 to 6 weeks, double coats every 8 to 12, smooth coats whenever they need a bath. Join the Groom Club and we hold the same slot all year at 15% off.
